About AARI

Who We Are

The American Association of Radiologists of Indian Origin (AARI), with over 3,000 members, is a thriving, growing organization dedicated to the issues important to radiologists of Indian origin in North America, to the betterment of radiology in our homeland and to the improvement of radiological medicine, research and service in America.

The AARI Mission

To provide support and information helpful to the needs of American radiologists of Indian origin and to function as a venue for charitable, educational and cultural activities that allow members to share common ideas and discuss mutual concerns.

Address the problems faced by radiologists of Indian origin through representation in organized medicine.

Work with American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI), the largest physician ethnic organization in North America, and keep watch on regional legislative action and to take action when needed.

Provide educational opportunities that enhance the training of radiologists residing in India in association with national radiology organizations in India; develop a network of radiologists of Indian origin for mentorship of radiologists in training, and for job opportunities in North America.
